  1. Hi Whitney,

I really like the mood your blog sets. It's makes me want to get all cozy and read stories! I also like that your weather widget is at the top of the page and correct. Last semester, I tried to put a weather widget in, but for some reason it would never set to the new location. Perhaps, I will try it again.

  2. I really like the song Blank Space as well. It has a good beat to grove too. What was funny is I saw a video one time that had a dad and son grooving out to this song as well. Unfortunately the message isn't the greatest, talking about using people within relationships. But it is what it is. probably too true to life most times.

  4. Hey Whitney,

The popularity of this music video has topped charts. I am intrigued by Taylor Swift’s actions throughout the video and how they align perfectly with the witty lyrics in the song. Even though the actions match the lyrics so well, I love that there is still a large sense of imagination within the video. I always find it interesting when there are many wardrobe changes within a music video such as this; I think the scenery and wardrobe changes add a special element to the video for the viewers.

  5. Whitney, I love Taylor Swift. I usually randomly start sing Taylor at work with one of my co-workers. I am never disappointed with anything that she comes out with! She is very transparent, which is something that I appreciate about her. She’s not afraid to continue to be herself and produce the type music that she wants instead of conforming to others expectations.

  6. Hey Whitney,

I have heard this song multiple times on the radio but I never thought that it was Taylor Swift who sang this song! I have never been a big fan of Taylor Swift but I like this song. To me this sounds like what I would call a “happy” song. Overall I really like this song as well as the actual video

  8. Hi, Whitney!

I loved the little analogy you used to introduce your music video! I thought it was a really cute lead in. I am a wee bit embarrassed to admit I’m a pretty big Taylor Swift fan—she’s a great songwriter, even though her actual singing voice was a little shaky at the beginning of her career. Needless to say, I love this video! Nice choice.
